The Epiphany weekend is a big weekend in Karlstad when it comes to home viewings, which Nwt was the first to tell about. Just for a couple of hours on Sunday afternoon, about 30 homes are shown.

Last year, the supply of housing in Karlstad was large, according to Arvidsson, while interest rates were high. This caused many to wait and sellers sometimes had to pause their sales. But by 2025, she predicts it will be more normal.
