The American rapper Kanye West has landed on Russian soil and is now in Moscow, Russian media reported on Sunday, according to AFP.
It has been rumored that the rapper will give a concert in the capital, but the information has not been confirmed.
Since Russia’s invasion of Ukraine, the US and Europe have pushed for massive sanctions against Moscow, including travel restrictions. West belongs to the exceptions of Western artists who want to perform in Russia.
Kanye West has recently caused a stir with political statements in the United States. Among other things, he has praised Hitler, and has previously expressed admiration for Putin.
