The hockey men themselves saw little of the game. “It sounds bizarre, but we saw the first half at the airport, during the second we were on the plane,” says Janssen. “We were on our way from Santiago del Estero, where we played our last Pro League match on Saturday, to Buenos Aires, where we will play two more practice games.” Of course there was no TV on the plane. “But the pilot kept us informed. The whole plane cheered when it became 3-2!”
