After Joe Biden announced he is dropping out of the presidential race, Vice President Kamala Harris has said she is willing to run for president.
Now Harris is speaking outside the White House in front of a large audience and began by commenting on Biden’s health.
– Our President Biden wanted to be here today, he is recovering quickly, she said.
Harris continued:
– Joe Biden’s legacy is unparalleled in modern history.
She also thanked the president for his efforts for the United States.
– We are deeply grateful for his services to our nation.
