The entire interview will be broadcast at 03:00 on Friday night, Swedish time, but CNN has released a couple of shorter excerpts in advance.

The attention has been great for the interview, which Harris is doing together with his vice-presidential candidate Tim Walz. The Republicans, led by Donald Trump, have harshly criticized Harris for not doing any interviews since Joe Biden dropped out as a presidential candidate six weeks ago.
Since Harris emerged as the Democratic nominee, she has enjoyed a period of bright poll numbers and record campaign fundraising, but she has also been criticized for being too vague in her policies.
In a gesture of unity, she says it would “benefit the American people” if she is elected to put a Republican in government.
