Arrangements for the World Biathlon World Championships were tested in a race that included former stars.

At the Lenzerheide of the World Biathlon World Championships, a test race was held on Tuesday during the actual race events. Its purpose was to try all things at the stadium, for example in terms of TV broadcasts.
Usually the test race has been held in juniors, but this time the former stars competed. For example, the Norwegian team formed Tiril Eckhoff and a genre legend Be Einar Björndalen. sports experts competed in the Finnish team Kaisa Mäkäräinen and Ville Kotikumpu.
Before the race, the moods of the Finnish duo were a bit uncertain.
– Power has been made, one piece for this winter, Mäkäräinen said.
– I have it ahead, that one song for this winter, Kotikumpu continued.
Mäkäräinen shot a sleeping shooting in the competition.
– I would have shot to be able to be able to sleep, but my partner doesn’t seem to see the sleeping boards, so sleeping clicked for me, Mäkäräinen laughed before the race.
There was a vertical shooting on the share of Kotikummu.
– I hope Kaisa brings 4-5 minutes to the bow, then something can be done. The most important thing about shooting is that you wake up when the board flashes, because it won’t stay in place for a moment, Kotikumpu said.
Shooting challenges
Finland was sixth in the race. Mäkäräinen brought Finland second to exchange.
– The first round with a little fake. In shooting I took a slight risk. The spare cartridges had to be, but fortunately they were enough, Mäkäräinen said.
Kotikummu had minor problems in shooting with eyeglasses.
– There was a frost in the lens and you couldn’t see it. Then I tried to shoot without glasses. Erik Kulstad Said I had the best pile of upright, it was just a bit at the wrong place.
Skiing was not easy either.
– In the first round, I thought I’d die here. In the second round, I thought why I wasn’t dead. It wasn’t terribly easy. I do in expert positions and do not return to the racing tracks.
The World Championships will begin on Wednesday with a mixed message.
