With Who knows something like that? Django Asül and Hannes Ringlstetter were guests on October 29th. The latter left his Frustration at moderator Kai Pflaume – but he fought back.
Hannes Ringlstetter delivered Who knows something like that? understandable explanation
Hannes Ringlstetter was at Who knows something like that? in a team with Elton and could only win 500 euros after four questions. The cabaret artist went into the next question with low expectations, which was about: which of the three answer options corresponds to 199.9 cubic meters. The answer options were:
Ringlstetter was able to derive a comprehensible explanation. He did not believe that the number 199.9 would appear in a legal text and therefore excluded the first answer. He was also able to quickly rule out the second answer on the grounds that that the largest insect hotel would be 200 cubic meters. He made a flippant remark:
Because somehow twelve insects decided to leave the hotel so it wouldn’t be a round number.
He therefore chose the third answer, which Elton also agreed with.
After giving the wrong answer, Ringlstetter let his frustration out
In fact, the team around Elton and Hannes Ringlstetter was wrong, because 199.9 cubic meters is the size of the largest insect hotel in the world. After the player Kai Pflaume explained that Ringlstetter’s explanation was wrongas they first built the hotel and then measured it.
Ringlstetter didn’t put up with that and teased Plum: “Yes, yes, now you can talk cleverly“. Then laughter broke out. Even Elton’s laughter got stuck in his throat because he found the saying too harsh. But Kai Pflaume put the saying away well and countered: “I wasn’t allowed to before“.
In the end, Hannes Ringlstetter and Elton’s team came away empty-handed because they gambled away their 500 euros on the last question.
