(Finance) – The Sports Guarantee Board at CONI has rejected“because it is partly inadmissible and partly unfounded” the appeal presented by Andrea Agnelli against the Italian Football Federation (FIGC) and the FIGC Federal Prosecutor’s Office for the “Salary Management” case.
Agnelli had appealed after being sentenced to 16 months of inhibition, later reduced to 10 by the Federal Court of Appeal, for the case concerning salaries not regularly paid to players during the lockdown period. The other Juventus managers had chosen the plea bargain.
