(Telestock) – Juventus Football Cluba football team listed on Euronext Milan, has received notice from its lawyers of the formulation of the request for referral to trial by the Public Prosecutor’s Office at the Court of Rome.
Based on the information currently available, the request for indictment does not change the accusatory hypotheses already put forwardwith the exception of the removal of certain subjective positions. This request must be submitted to the Judge for the Preliminary Hearing at the Court of Rome, who will be called upon to evaluate whether there are grounds for committal for trial.
