(Finance) – In view of the Assembly called for 7 November, Juventus Football Club communicate that it was a list has been filed of candidates for the appointment of the Board of Statutory Auditors by the majority shareholder EXOR NVholder of n247,849,342 Juventus ordinary shares, equal to approximately 65.4% of the share capital of the club.
The list contains the following candidates: Roberto Spada, Maria Luisa Mosconi and Roberto Petrignani candidates for the position of Standing Auditor; Stefania Bettoni, Guido Giovando candidates for the position of Alternate Auditor.
The list also contains the proposed resolution that the shareholder EXOR NV formulated regarding the emolument to be attributed to the members of the Board of Statutory Auditors.
