The judge ruled that the boy, 19 years old at the time of the street robbery, was guilty of theft with violence and attempted extortion and assault. In addition, the judge sentenced him to a juvenile detention of 209 days in total, the duration of his pre-trial detention. If he commits the same offence again within two years, he will still be placed in a juvenile detention centre. Finally, he must pay the victims hundreds of euros in damages.
