(Finance) – Justice Reform makes important progress with the hypothesis of separation of careers of the robes. He spoke about it during a meeting at Palazzo Chigi, where the Prime Minister was present Giorgia Melonithe Keeper of the Seals Carlo Nordiothe deputy minister Paolo Sisto, the undersecretary Mantua and the undersecretaries of Justice Delmastro and Ostellarithe presidents of the House and Senate commissions Maschio and Bongiorno and those responsible for justice of the majority parties.

Following the meeting it emerged that the Minister Nordio will present a constitutional bill on the separation of careers before the European elections. In the meeting it was also decided to speed up the proposal elimination of abuse of office.

As far as we know, there is already an agreement on the separation of magistrates’ careers and onestablishment of two CSMsbut the methods are still being evaluated election of judgesto determine whether it will be ‘dry’ or ‘average’ draw. In the second case, i eligible magistrates they will then come to the CSM who will be drawn subjected to subsequent selection. It would seem instead excluded the hypothesis of nomination of half of the members of the CSM by the Government.

Among the hypotheses formulated during the meeting at Palazzo Chigi there is also the establishment of aHigh Courtwhich would judge both the judging and prosecuting magistrates.
