The National Court of Asylum Law (CNDA) ruled on Thursday, July 11, that all Afghan women who refuse to undergo the measures taken against them by the Taliban are now likely to “obtain refugee status” in France because of “their membership in the social group of Afghan women.” Following the historic decision, the CNDA emphasizes that the question may subsequently be asked for other countries.
