A year after a platform denouncing the working conditions in justice, which had collected the signatures of two thirds of the magistrates of France, the unions of the magistrature launched a call for the strike and the mobilization this Tuesday, extended to the clerks and lawyers. For these professionals, despite the 8% increase in the justice budget for three years in a row, working conditions and consequently the justice rendered continue to deteriorate, especially since a large part of these resources go to prison administration and not to the courts.
