JUL. Marseille rapper Jul, who unveils his 17th album, “Extraterrestre” this Friday, June 3, will perform in concert on Saturday at the Vélodrome de Marseille.

Not a year goes by without Jul releasing an album: the Marseille rapper unveiled, this Friday June 3, 2022, his 17th album called Extraterrestrial and composed of 20 unreleased titles, including a piece in collaboration, with Houari and Mubarak. And as for his fans good news rarely comes alone, Jul also announces the release, this Friday, of 20 clips, all uploaded between 6 p.m. and 10 p.m. This album, the 32-year-old artist will be able to defend it on stage, during his concert at the Vélodrome de Marseille, Saturday June 4, in front of 60 000 spectators.

But on the eve of this event, the Bouches-du-Rhône police headquarters would like to warn Jul’s admirers and to beware of the “significant” risk of selling counterfeit tickets. “The concert is sold out. There will be no box office at the stadium for the purchase of tickets. Do not be scammed by buying tickets from individuals”, writes on Twitter the prefecture, explaining that “the people holding these types of places will be detected from the pre-screening and will not be able to access the perimeter around the stadium.

A week after the chaos of the Champions League final at the Stade de France, spectators of Jul’s concert at the Vélodrome are invited to plan “a presence on site from 6 p.m.” and to “imperatively respect the access instructions on the the tickets.”
