The municipality of Utrecht is allowed to dock a second reception vessel at the Keulsekade. That is what the judge has decided. During summary proceedings, the owner of the Zuidkant apartment complex wanted to prevent River Cruiser Danubia from being moored right in front of the door. He fears that it will affect the privacy of residents. Moreover, the municipality does not yet have the necessary permits in order, the owner argued. There will probably be another summary proceedings, says his lawyer.
