The chairman of the court in the case of the murder of two 14-year-old boys found dead in the summer of 2023 has been reported for fucking, reports Aftonbladet.
This is after he questioned on Monday, during the first day of the trial, that the parents of one of the boys would not participate during the trial because they had an interpreter, which costs money.
The judge, Göran Nilsson, has therefore been reported by the parents’ lawyer, Anwar Osman who says he “never participated in anything like it”.
“The defendant’s view is that they are treated separately and receive a worse treatment of Göran Nilsson because of their ethnicity because they do not fully master Swedish,” the lawyer writes in the notification to the Stockholm District Court, according to Aftonbladet.
18 people have been prosecuted in the case of the murders of the boys found dead in forest areas in Nynäshamn and Upplands-Bro in July and August 2023.
