Born in Paris and an expatriate from an early age, Jesus Diaz de Vivar remains very attached to his French roots. Fluent in French, English, Italian and Spanish, he travels the continents, according to his research in biology. A program at the University of Almería led him to Spain, where he decided to set up his business, Un jardin sur les roofs, in 2012.
