50 years ago, over 100 countries gathered for a major UN conference in Stockholm. It would be about the environment, and would lay an important foundation for international environmental cooperation. A lot of polluted water has flowed under the bridges since then, but the professor of environmental law Jonas Ebbesson still hopes that Stockholm + 50 arouses a new commitment.
