Observations of strange movements of Russian submarines in the North Atlantic have been shared between NATO countries and more and more focus is now being placed on tracking and mapping the ships.
– These submarines have the ability to sabotage cables on the seabed, and therefore it is important for NATO to control everything that moves under the surface, says foreign correspondent Christopher Wendick.
