Johan Pehrson spoke for the first time as party leader in Almedalen in Visby on Tuesday evening.
– Today I will talk about why Sweden so badly needs a new government. A safer Sweden and a less post-wise Sweden with liberals in the rooms where decisions are made, says Pehrson.
During a press conference just before the speech, the Liberals in Almedalen presented a proposal to invest SEK 2.5 billion in 1,000 more special teachers during the next term. According to the party, the proportion of students who receive support education has decreased during the Social Democrats’ time in power.
