He succeeds Björn Werner, who got the job in 2017 and who quit earlier last fall because he chose to live in Stockholm.

Hilton comes most recently from Dagens Nyheter’s culture pages, where he writes theater criticism, among other things. He has also been heard in various contexts on Sveriges Radio and together with Kristin Lundell won “På spåret” in the 2016/17 season.
