Djurgården was so close to taking the step up to the SHL again last season. They made it all the way to the hockey Allsvenskan final, but fell in the very last match against Modo, who had to celebrate big in game 7.

Then I can understand that every now and then, when you have just lost a seventh and decisive final, it is tough. On Friday evening, the HockeyAllsvenskan starts again and there will be tough matches already in the opening round. Brynäs hosts AIK at home and Djurgården face Björklöven.
