US President Joe Biden is in Poland’s capital Warsaw and during the day met with his Polish counterpart Andrzej Duda.
Due to that – and Putin’s long speech this morning – Biden is holding a press conference.
In March last year, Biden, also at the castle in Warsaw, gave a sharp speech in which warnings were directed at both the Kremlin and Russian President Vladimir Putin. Among other things, Biden said that “for God’s sake, this man must not remain in power”.
Biden’s visit to Warsaw takes place the day after the surprising American visit to Volodymyr Zelenskyj in the Ukrainian capital, Kiev.
