Labor Minister Orlando signs a decree for the establishment of

(Finance) – The Labor Minister Andrea Orlando opens toextension of the clause of 30% of women on recruitment currently envisaged for recruitment carried out under the PNRR. A rule that – according to the Minister – “is giving some initial positive signs” and “could have a more general character if we introduce this measure to all public administration tenders”.

Orlando recalled that the participation of women to the labor market and the gender equality I’m transversal objectives of the PNRR and it is necessary to “promote full economic and social emancipation of women in the labor market”, also “through an integrated strategy of financial investments and support services for the promotion of female entrepreneurship”.
