The course consists of three evenings, where mainly boys between the ages of 12 and 22 participate and learn how an application process works from start to finish. “These guys don’t have exemplary positions, they need someone who tells them they can’t wear tracksuits to an interview. They will also prepare a CV, which we send to companies at the end of the ride,” says Moussaoui.
