In one Job ad Three female actors for “professional adult film production” are sought from film production studio Cbrah Studios.
“We are looking for female actors (18+) who are comfortable in front of the camera and interested in working in the adult film industry,” reads the advertisement, which was published in the Employment Service’s Location Bank.
It says that you are looking for people who are comfortable in their bodies and in front of the camera, have good hygiene and a professional response.
Employment Service: Did not break our terms
Omid Rahmanian is the section manager at the Employment Service. He says that all job ads published in the Location Bank are reviewed to ensure that they do not violate the authority’s conditions.
– It was done with this ad, but as we saw it it did not violate our conditions, he says.
The Employment Service’s conditions include, among other things, that an employer is not allowed to advertise a job that describes illegal activities, or means that an applicant can be expected to commit a law violation, he says.

“Want to get people into jobs that are lasting”
However, Rahmanian emphasizes that he does not believe that the authority’s intermediary would propose job seekers to apply for the job.
– We are working towards breaking long -term unemployment and want to get people into jobs that are lasting. I do not see that any employment agency will make the assessment that this is a suitable job to assign any person, he says and continues:
– As an adult, it can be free if you think it is something you want to do. But I do not see that it is something that our intermediaries think is suitable for our applicants.

The job ad was published on Wednesday, but on Thursday was closed for applications, by the employer.
Omid Rahmanian says that the Employment Service as an authority does not place any values in the advertisement itself, but believes that it has aroused dialogue on the authority.
– It is a very reasonable discussion to have, how should we reason about this, do we see this as a job? This ad has brought these discussions internally with us, so we simply have to review our routines, he says.
