This trend follows the Hamas terrorist attack on October 7, 2023 against Israel and Israel’s war in Gaza since then. A feeling of insecurity has led Jewish families to abandon public schools to join denominational education. These establishments welcomed 11% more students last year than 10 years ago. A growth which for some is linked to the increase in anti-Semitic acts in France.
