Jewelry: celebrations in all circumstances

Jewelry celebrations in all circumstances

The sector of French jewelry owes its notoriety both to the excellence of its fine jewelry and to the inventiveness of the fantasy segment. Between the two, traditional houses and a myriad of small designers manage to do well. The field of possibilities thus widens to all consumer styles. Some accumulate iconic jewelry from major brands, as if to identify with a social belonging that reassures them. Others prefer to stand out by wearing a piece with a singular design, generally worn asymmetrically, or even solo. Some people still imagine new ways of combining materials and shapes. If they transgress the codes somewhat, their posture nevertheless retains a certain sense of derision. In fact, each contributes to redefining the standards of timelessness.

Vhernier

Abbraccio Line

Inspired by the powerful simplicity of Constantin Brancusi’s sculptures, Vhernier designed his Abbraccio ring in 1994. Thirty years later, this gold ribbon which wraps around the finger like an infinite loop has become emblematic of the Milanese designer’s creations. Over time, this jewel has had many variations: a ring in titanium and gold, another in titanium and diamonds, earrings, a bracelet to be worn alone or in pairs… Each piece testifies to Vhernier’s identifiable style : its refined design, sculptural curves that pay homage to those of the body, its artisanal techniques mixed with the avant-garde of jewelry.

Boucheron

Collection Four

The emblematic line of the Boucheron house was created in 2004, in the form of a ring: four motifs – taken from the archives – superimposed and available in different colors of gold. The unexpected marriage of three golds, and sometimes diamonds, quickly established itself as a classic creation, among both women and men. A series of anniversary editions pays homage to two decades of Quatre.
