He didn’t find happiness in the program – but thanks to the program.

Jesper Andersson sought love in My mother, your father, the program where single parents are secretly monitored by their children. In the dating show, he and Annina Hothenthal discovered each other and in the last episode we saw how their children made them exchange phone numbers with each other.
When TV4 spoke to Jesper and Annina after the last episode aired, they told us that they wanted to explore their relationship, but not stress anything. Months later, Jesper now tells us that it is nothing more than friendship between him and Annina.
– Annina and I met in Malmö one weekend when I visited there this spring, but we felt that it would probably continue as just friendship. She is a fantastically beautiful girl who deserves all the love, he says.

But in May, a message arrived from someone who would turn out to be a very special person in Jesper’s life.
– In May, I received a message from a nice, funny and good girl who I thought I knew. A smart move on her part, he says.
They were spotted on a lunch date and that date led to many more – today they are a couple!
– We have been hanging out all summer, so my status is that I am in a relationship with Mikaela as her name is, says Jesper.

So even though he didn’t find love on the show, his participation led to love in other ways, something he is very grateful for.
– I live with her every two weeks in Stockholm and I am madly in love with her. I sum up my participation in My Mom, Your Dad as the best personals I could get. Thanks to the program, I met the world’s most beautiful girl, so thank you TV4!
