Comedian Jean-Marie Bigard enters into a professional conflict with his producer, who has financed an explosive show: he was to go on stage with Dieudonné. The comedian has given up, but he exposes himself to disappointments of gigantic money.
Is Jean-Marie Bigard on the verge of death, as his producer Chrystel Camus seemed to imply on the Touche Pas à Mon Poste set on August 30, 2022? She came to Cyril Hanouna’s show to give some clarification on her next show in preparation, “Foutu pour Foutu”. Jean-Marie Bigard, he indicated that he had abandoned his project – which had everything to create a huge controversy -: to do a show with the polemicist Dieudonné.
Still, his producer, who is linked to him until the end of 2023, does not at all agree with the comedian and humorist. “I cannot defend an artist who does not assume his production contract. If he does not do this show, at the end of our contract, I would have to start a procedure. For the companies I represent, this can be ‘rise to a minimum of 10 million euros because it is not just my company that is concerned,’ she said. “The production of Dieudonné could ask for damages”.
The producer of the comedian quickly put on the table elements of his client’s private life, talking about his health, as if to put on the table a subject explaining the potential cancellation of his tour. We guess considerable financial stakes and probable considerations with insurers. “You should know that Jean-Marie and Dieudonné are very seriously ill, they both wanted to get together because they know it’s their last show, that’s the truth,” she said, adding: “I have worked with Jean-Marie for a long time, he is 68 years old. […] He’s got very high diabetes, he’s got very high polyarthritis too, and heart trouble. I had four years ago, shows had been canceled because he had strokes on stage “. According to the producer, Jean-Marie Bigard expressed the wish to cancel his tour with Dieudonné under pressure from Laurent Ruquier: “Jean-Marie was supposed to do this show but Laurent Ruquier offered him to come back to Les Grosses Têtes so he is very afraid that by doing this show, he can no longer have this contract with Laurent”, she assured .
And to imply that a professional and financial conflict is envisaged: “For the moment, I have not initiated proceedings. […] If tomorrow, he would like to do another show or other professional commitments, I will have to act on the terms of the contract. […] It can be like a guillotine […] There may be a precautionary seizure of his income”.

[…] I am convinced by all my friends that I will be much more effective and probably more dangerous for all these people by being funny rather than angry. I retire with joy, I’m too sensitive to do this job. I can’t go play in the field with smelly crabs. I prefer to scream from the podium. I want to remain free, I want to remain united and I want to remain with the most deprived. And above all, I don’t ride for anyone, except for the French people who are suffering.”
