BEIJING EXPRESS 2022. As M6 broadcast the quarter-finals of Beijing Express 2022 this Thursday, episode 8 saw a breathtaking chase in the Jordanian desert. Check out the candidates’ scores.
[Mis à jour le 31 mars 2022 à 23h35] The pressure is mounting on the pairs as the final approaches in Beijing Express 2022. On the menu for this eighth stage, a terrible crossing of the Wadi Rum desert in Jordan, heading for the country’s capital, Amman. After the elimination of Charlotte and Sarah in the previous episode, four pairs are still in contention in episode 8 of Beijing Express on M6. The first race of the episode starts well for Jean-Claude and Axel, who leave first by car. But they quickly realize that their driver is not in a great hurry and they are overtaken by Tarik and Ahmed then Lucas and Nicolas. The two pairs will compete for first place throughout the race. The Belgian brothers also manage to overtake Tarik and Ahmed during a section to be disputed only by pushing a trolley with the strength of their arms.
The rest of the race must then be done with one of the candidates holding a glass in balance perched on a camel. If the glass falls, a three-minute penalty must be observed, which makes life hard for all the pairs, but this will not prevent Nicolas and Lucas from finishing first in this race. This part of the race is however much more complex for Jean-Claude, who is walking in the sand while his grandson Axel is on the camel. Exhausted and in tears, Jean-Claude is forced to give up. Axel reassures him, however: he remains extremely proud of what his grandfather has achieved on the show.
Following the immunity test, the Belgian brothers obtain a new immunity but also a new amulet. This is their sixth in this Beijing Express season! With two jokers in their pocket for the next day’s race, Nicolas and Lucas play it safe and come first in the second race of the episode. Jérémy and Fanny can blame each other because, at the end of the race, they could have been much better placed but did not see the flag in time and lost precious seconds. They finish third after Tarik and Ahmed. Arriving last in the race, Jean-Claude and Axel challenge Jeremy and Fanny to a duel. Axel explains having given his word to the cousins not to put a spoke in their wheels. Of which act.
So follows a new duel of the last chance for Axel who, this time, faces Jeremy in the streets of Amman. Despite a head start on the hitchhiking section, Axel seems to lose his means on the mission which consists of placing dozens of dominoes in a spiral without causing them to fall. Jeremy takes the lead and reaches the Amman citadel first! Axel and his grandfather Jean-Claude are eliminated from the Beijing Express 2022 competition before the semi-final which takes place in Dubai.

Beijing Express is an adventure game broadcast since 2006 on M6. This television show, presented by Stéphane Rotenberg, sees pairs go abroad every year. The goal: to survive thanks to the inhabitant and to go to different stages in the country, to rub shoulders with events that allow them to qualify for the rest of the competition.
The 2022 season of Beijing Express began broadcasting on M6 on February 10, 2022. Please note that the day of broadcast has changed: it is no longer Tuesday evening, but now Thursday evening that viewers will find the adventure game at the other end of the world.
During the 2022 edition of Beijing Express, eight pairs compete in the M6 game in the hope of becoming the big winners of this season 15. Since February 10, 2022, viewers have been able to discover the profiles and backgrounds of the duos following:
- Jean-Claude and Alex, the grandfather and his grandson from Gers
- Charlotte and Sarah, the inseparable sisters of Monaco
- Lucas and Nicolas, the Belgian brothers
- Fanny and Jérémy, a couple from the Lyon region
- Tarik and Ahmed, cousins from Bourgogne-Franche-Comté
- Sylvie and Alex, lovers with opposite characters from the PACA region, eliminated after episode 2
- Etienne and Vanessa, the pair of strangers, eliminated after episode 3 on Etienne’s abandonment
- Arlette and Caroline, fusional mother and daughter from Toulon, eliminated after episode 5
Beijing Express has been broadcast since February 10, 2022, on Thursday evenings, starting at 9:05 p.m. M6 has been broadcasting this adventure game since its creation. The first episode is broadcast every week: February 10, February 17, February 24, March 3… If you missed an episode, it is however possible to catch up on replay. The day after its broadcast, the sixth channel puts it online for eight days on its streaming and replay platform. 6play.
For the time being, we do not know the winners of Beijing Express 2022, the season having not yet been broadcast on M6. During the last season of Beijing Express, the final of which was broadcast on M6 on April 27, 2021, Claire and Christophe became the 2021 winners against Cinzia and Rose-Marie. The father-daughter duo won 58,730 euros. The previous edition, Beijing Express All Stars, saw the victory of the Corsican couple Julie and Denis, finalists of the 2013 season.
