Japan leading indicator confirmed with a slight decline in June

(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Japan’s economic conditions worsen in June 2023. The leading indicators has been confirmed down 0.2% to 108.9 points, in line with the preliminary estimate, compared to a revised 109.1 points in May. This was announced by the Cabinet Office of Japan in its definitive reading.

During the same period the coincident index on current conditions improves to 115.1 points from the previous 114.3 points (+0.8%) while the index deferred (lagging index) on future conditions is almost unchanged at 107.3 points from the previous 107.2 points.
