(Finance) – The decrease is confirmed production of Japanese factories in April 2022. According to the final estimate of the Japanese Ministry of International Trade and Industry (METI), the seasonally adjusted index of industrial production is decreased by 1.5% against the -1.3% expected by analysts and published in the preliminary estimate, and the + 0.3% recorded in the previous month.
On an annual basis the non-seasonally adjusted figure for production fell by 4.9%.
The deliveries recorded a -0.3% and the stocks a -2.3% on a monthly basis.
There inventory / sales ratio shows a variation of -2.8%.
