Vapaavuori has said in public that he would not have heard allegations of physical abuse and abuse of power until this spring, Iltalehti says.

When a warning is given about inappropriate behavior and not sexual harassment, it can be concluded on this basis that there is no physical harassment.
At the beginning of May, Vapaavuori admitted at a discussion at the Olympic Committee and its member organizations that Lehhtäki’s warning about his misconduct and his re-election as head of the Top Sports Unit should have been treated differently.
