Jan Emanuel’s house white over – agreed to declare invalid

Jan Emanuels house white over agreed to declare invalid

Jan Emanuel Johansson, 48, bought a property from a company that should not have been the owner of the house.

Now the parties have agreed to annul the deal.

– It costs half a million if we say something, says the real property owner.

On March 25, 2021, the entrepreneur and former S-politician Jan Emanuel Johansson bought a property in Norrtälje municipality.

With the results in hand, it can be said that the letter of purchase had potential for improvement. It said that “Jan Emanuel Gunnarsson” bought the property.

Not only that. The company that sold the object was not the owner of the property, it would turn out. This after the company’s owner, the actual property owner, chose to turn to the district court to have the deal annulled. In the appeal, it was stated – in addition to the name and seller being wrong – that Lantmäteriet remarked that witnesses were missing when Jan Emanuel Johansson chalked up the letter of purchase.

The entire deal was “stressed out” by the buyer, the property owner claims.

It became a dispute. Witnesses have certainly been present, as well as the company’s owners have deliberately signed the agreement and received money for the deal, according to Jan Emanuel Johansson’s representative.

“It costs half a million if we say something”

Following negotiations, the parties have now been able to agree on a settlement. The real estate transaction is declared invalid. Jan Emanuel Johansson says that given the conditions, he is satisfied with not having to “fuss in the district court” about the matter.

– As I said, we have been reconciled and we are both reasonably satisfied. So it’s as it should be, he says.

On the property is a house that Emanuel Johansson was not really particularly interested in. It was part of a larger deal, he says.

– I have not actually seen the house myself. But it is a bit remote and came together with another major real estate project.

The property owner says he does not want to say anything because the parties have agreed to keep the details to themselves.

– It costs half a million if we say something. So I can not say anything about that deal, he says.
