In total, Jan Emanuel has 14 company involvements. He is the CEO of “Corporate Finance Nordic Holding AB”which is the parent company of a group with several companies where the entrepreneur holds the CEO position in three of them:
In “Dandelion Specialfastigheter AB”, which manages special properties, they reported a turnover of SEK 8.7 million and a profit of SEK 3.9 million in December 2022. The assets in the company were estimated to amount to SEK 69.4 million.

“Consortius AB” shall engage in ownership and management of companies and properties. In December 2022, the company reported a turnover of SEK 721,000 and a profit of SEK 4.9 million. The assets were measured at SEK 161.2 million.
At the same time, “Proletären Properties AB”, which they will also own and manage special properties, reported a turnover of 2.9 million kroner and a profit of one million kroner. They then also reported the assets in the company, which amounted to SEK 35.8 million.
“Sophie Arvebrink AB” is still part of the group, but Jan Emanuel was deregistered as CEO in 2023.

But what does Jan Emanuel’s income look like then? According to documents from Tax Agency that Nyheter24 learned of, he had a fixed earned income of SEK 930,000 in 2022, which is the latest information available.
In addition to this, the entrepreneur and politician had a surplus of capital that amounted to SEK 456,000.
