When Jan Emanuel was growing up, he put pictures of the Mercedes-Benz SL 500 on the refrigerator in his childhood home.
More specifically, it was “Princess Diana red 500 SL” to quote Jan Emanuel himself. The generation SL in question, the R129, was produced between 1988 and 2001.

Struck ill-witted
It was when Jan Emanuel had just parked his Ferrari 488 in central Stockholm that a red 500 SL parked opposite.

– I drove it home to my mother and asked if she remembered the pictures of the car on the fridge.
