In addition to the picture, Gunn shares a few words about the start of the shoot:

I am thrilled that in the Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden the cameras run for supergirl, with Craig Gillespie at the helm and the Phenomenal Milly Alcock as Kara Zor-El. Craig brings an incredible sensitivity into this story, and Milly is exactly the unique super girl that Tom King, Bilquis Evely and Ana Nogueira introduced.

Supergirl: Woman of Tomorrow is based on the comic of the same name, which was created by Tom King (author) and Bilquis Evely (artist). The story was adapted by the still unknown screenwriter Ana Nogueira. On the director’s chair, Craig Gillespie takes a seat, which I, Tonya and Cruella brought to the cinema.

By chance she meets Supergirl, who just wants to celebrate her 21st birthday. Reluctantly, Kara goes with Ruthye on her revenge camp against the mighty villain Krem of the Yellow Hills (Matthias Schoenaerts) – in the hope that she can dissuade Rutyhe on the way from her dark thoughts.

In addition, there are three other DC figures that will appear in the film: Emily Beiecham and David Krumholtz play Supergirl’s parents. And Jason Momoa, who was seen as Aquaman in the old DC universe, completes one Guest appearance as Lobo. The space mechanism could then appear in other DC projects.

When does Supergirl start: Woman of Tomorrow in the cinema?
