The parking facility at Utrecht Central Station has been closed for more than three weeks due to cracks in the construction. The bicycle cellar was overhauled this year after years of problems with leaks. It is not known whether the cracks found are a result of this, but the parking facility has been struggling with flooding for a long time. Shortly after opening in 2014, the problems came to light.
