“iziwork was born from an idea as simple as it was disruptive: to revolutionize the employment agency sector thanks to technology – he commented Pierluigi Lauriano, CEO of iziwork in Italy. We are happy to have intercepted the interest of many companies throughout Italy in such a short time with the tech approach and competence of our recruiters, demonstrating that we can satisfy the needs of every sector. Technology and artificial intelligence are having a decisive impact on the human resources sector. We are anticipating and guiding this change, offering customers and job seekers a rapid, flexible service which, given the data, is extremely effective in matching job supply and demand. In a historical moment in which companies are struggling to find workers, counting on a young, reactive and technological company like ours can give an important competitive advantage. The numbers say it: we are coming off three years of great performances and we are now looking to 2024 to make new investments on the Italian market. We want to be increasingly present in the territories, through hubs and partners located throughout the national territory, and lay the foundations for future growth that will lead us to quadruple revenues in the next five years”.
