In Côte d’Ivoire, eight months from the ballot, Laurent Gbagbo, leader of the PPA-CI, was in the meeting this Saturday March 1 in Cocody, a posh district of Abidjan. Its objective was to mobilize its base and to make an impression. This is the second stage of its proximity tour called “Cöcöcö”, an Ivorian expression which means “TOC, TOC, TOC”.
