(Finance) – iVision Techa company listed on Euronext Growth Milan and active in the design and production of eyeglass and sunglasses frames, has communicated some clarifications regarding theaward – communicated on September 22nd – of the MAISON HENRY business branch JULLIEN SAS. iVision Tech, through the establishment of a wholly owned newco, will acquire the “Henry Jullien” and “Henry Jullien Manufacture” brands, as well as the stock of semi-finished and finished products currently in stock and the related design know-how.
In addition to the precise scope of the operation, which also concerns 16 employees, it was communicated that the economic valuealready paid through own resources, was equal to 150,000 euros.
