(Finance) – iVision Techa company active in the design and production of Made in Italy eyeglass and sunglasses frames, owner of the historic high-end French eyewear brands “Henry Jullien”, announces that, in execution of the agreements signed on 15 October 2024, purchased a 45% minority stake of the share capital by Molex Zetronica company based in Padua belonging to the American multinational group Molex Inc, active in the creation of specific and customized products for automotive companies and groups.
The operation aims to expand the production sectors close to the eyewear marketentering a consolidated market, responding to the growing demand for high performance optical solutions to improve vehicle safety, efficiency and connectivity.
