Emmanuel Macron announced that a draft constitutional law to introduce the “freedom” to resort to abortion in the Constitution would be tabled before the Council of State this week, would be presented to the Council of Ministers before the end of the year for adoption hoped for in the first quarter of 2024. The President of the Republic decides to take the process into his own hands and pulls the rug out from under the feet of France Insoumise.
