(Finance) – Iveco Groupas part of the initial tranche of the share buyback programme, announced that it had purchasedfrom 18 to 20 December 2023, overall 165,056 own ordinary sharesat the weighted average price of 7.9320 euros, for a countervalue net of commissions equal to 1,309,217.49 euros.
With the purchases described above Iveco has completed the initial tranche up to 55,000,000 euros of the treasury share buyback programme, based on the authorization to repurchase a maximum number of 10 million Common Shares for a maximum outlay of 130 million euros granted by the Shareholders’ Meeting.
