(Tiper Stock Exchange) – Iveco Group has acquired full and exclusive ownership of the German company arising from former joint venture Nikola Iveco Europewhich will take on the name EVCO (Electric Vehicles COmpany).
The announcement follows the finalization of definitive agreements with Nikola Corporationas per the preliminary agreements announced on 9 May 2023.
The successful completion of this already announced step “reconfirms the company’s determination to carry out a leading role in zero-emission heavy transport“, reads a note.
