Ivan, 44, played with his mariachi band at a hotel in Nacka.
He left the instruments at the reception and mingled after the gig.
Since then he has disappeared without a trace.

44-year-old Ivan said goodbye to his family on January 15 earlier this year. He left the apartment in Handen, Haninge and went to the Elite hotel Marina Tower in Nacka.
Since then, no one has seen him and now the family is appealing for help. His partner Noemi and their children do not know where he is.
– From the first day they have counted. Two days, three days, a week, a month. “Where is Dad?” says partner Noemi i TV3’s “Wanted”.
Entertained at a staff party
Ivan used to play with his band at various events. On the evening of January 15, he and the band members were on site in Nacka to entertain during a staff party at the hotel between 4 and 6 p.m. Noemi says that she went to bed at 10 p.m. and at 5 a.m. her children woke up. By then Ivan still hadn’t come home.
– I got up, he wasn’t here. When I came out, I checked the sofa but he wasn’t here, she says in the program.
She couldn’t call Ivan because his phone got lost among the children’s toys. One of the band members asked Ivan if he wanted a ride home after the gig, but he wanted to stay.
– He was always happy, but that day he was different. A little quiet and thought a lot and was a little worried that day, says band member Miguel.
Left instruments at reception
Witnesses have said that Ivan was last seen at 8 pm at the hotel. Since then he has disappeared without a trace. The next day, the hotel staff discovered that Ivan’s musical instrument and hat were left at the reception. The hotel’s surveillance cameras were not on that night. The maritime police have searched the water next to the hotel without success.
At the moment, the police do not suspect any crime in connection with his disappearance, but there is also no indication that he disappeared voluntarily. The family and the police are without answers or clues. Ivan’s partner Noemi says that she feels powerless and does not get the help she needs.
– We want help. Is he alive or not? We want an explanation for the children. What should we answer the children?
