Despite being on the list, Iva Pont is not allowed to enter the House of Representatives. You have to be eighteen years old for that. The minors on the voting list are therefore more of a statement from LEF, to make it clear that the new generation wants to contribute ideas in The Hague.

Membership as a Member of Parliament also requires that you have Dutch nationality and are not excluded from the right to vote.

New political parties cannot simply participate in elections. A number of steps need to be taken for this. For example, a deposit of eleven thousand euros must be paid. This will only be refunded if a seat is obtained.

In addition, declarations of support must be collected in each constituency.
