(Finance) – In the quarter ended March 31, 2023 the operating revenues of the Group Itwayequal to Euro 10,007 thousand, increased compared to the same period of the previous year (Euro 9,419 thousand, +6.2%), due to the good performance of 4Science and Itway and the maintenance of revenues and increased profitability of the Greek subsidiaries and turkish.
The Gross operating result (EBITDA) is positive by 250 thousand euros compared to 610 thousand euros in the same period of 2022, down by 360 thousand euros; The Operating result (EBIT) is equal to 89 thousand euros, compared to 458 thousand euros in the first 3 months of 2022, down by 369 thousand euros.
The Result before the taxesis equal to 4 thousand euros, down by 288 thousand euros.
There net financial position of the Group as at 31 March 2023 improved as a result of the operations carried out in the second half of 2022 to increase the capital of the subsidiary 4Science and due to the revenues deriving from the issue of the convertible bond loan.
